Introduction of MLJL Properties LLC Rezoning, Conditional Use and Variance Requests
MLJL Properties LLC, owns the Meadows, an 9-building, 32 unit multi-family housing complex that was developed in the 1970s and early 1980s.  The property is commonly known as 415 W. William, units 1-20, and 922- 944 S. Irving Street, zoned General Industrial (I-1).  The owners are requesting a rezoning, conditional use permit and variances to the proposed lots to allow for the single lot to be subdivided.
