Introduction of 3005 Appletree Drive Conditional Use Case - Zoning Administrator
Heather and Francis Harty are the owners of the home at 3004 Appletree Drive.  They wish to operate a DCFS licensed daycare for up to 8 children (including their own).  For the owners to be able to operate this type of business in an area zoning for residential use (RE-1), they must first apply for and receive a conditional use permit allowing a home occupation, major (in home daycare < 8 children).
